Rules & Regulations
- Every student must carry his/her almanac and identity card to school every day.
- A student should affix his/her photograph and write the required information, duly signed by parents, in the space provided for in the almanac.
- Students are not allowed to bring mobile phone or wear smart watches to school. If they do so, it will be confiscated.
- Students of Grade KG to VIII are not allowed to wear any kind of watches. Grade IX to XII are permitted to wear watches other than smart watches.
- Students should be habitually clean and always neatly dressed. The school uniform should be worn on all working days and for all school functions. Students who are slovenly dressed or not in uniform will be sent home.
- All boys must keep their hair short. Girls must tie their hair neatly with a black band.
- Participation of the student in the Assembly must be in an orderly manner.
- Care must be taken of all school property. No student should damage any school furniture, write or draw anything on the walls. Damage done should be reported at once to the class teacher.
- No books (other than text books)such as magazines, weekly, scrapbooks or papers should be brought to the school.
- Lending or borrowing of money or other articles is prohibited.
- No student shall disturb other classes on the flimsy-plea of getting the loan of a pencil, pen, book, etc. from his / her friend. Students from one class are not allowed to be in other classrooms during intervals.
- The school is not responsible for goods. It is not advisable to bring valuable articles (like expensive watches, fountain-pens, items of jewellery) to school. however utmost care is taken to safeguard their valuables.
- Parents and guardians of all students should contact the teachers on PTA days to note the progress of their wards.
- Parents and guardians must not visit their wards or teachers without prior permission of the Principal.
- Students should get their Report Cards signed by their parents/guardians within two days of receipt of Report Cards.
- The name, class and section of the pupil should be clearly marked on all the belongings of the students.
- The school insists on the following measures to be observed by the staff members and all students. Care must be taken to observe the “green rules” in order to maintain clean and green surroundings. That is, school premises should not be littered with disposable tumblers, papers or polythene bags. If polythene bags are brought to school, care should be taken not to dispose them off in the school grounds. Minimal use of polythene bags will be appreciated
- Students should invariably be polite wherever they go. They should always remember that the school is judged by their conduct. They should greet their teachers when they meet them. Bullying and use of foul language are punishable offences.
- Students are not allowed to bring any sharp instruments such as knives etc. to the school, or any kind of object that can cause injury to others.
- Students are advised to keep their class room, school buildings and campus as clean as possible, and throw leftovers into the dustbins.
- School provides education from nursery to class XII. Therefore, it is expected that the juniors should be treated with love and affection, while the juniors show all respect to their seniors. There should be perfect harmony between the juniors & seniors.
- Students should not indulge in violent or destructive activities.
- Students will not overlook the orders, directions and instructions given to them by the school authorities.
- Students using unfair means during examinations will face disciplinary action as decided by the school authorities.
- Student who fails in one subject will be allowed a compartment for re-appearing in the subject, subject to his previous result in the terminal exams.
- Latecomers, uniform defaulters and children who do not attend to their homework regularly will be dealt with strictness.
- A student who uses unfair means during tests will be given zero in the subject and a warning letter. Repetition of the same will result in dismissal.
- Students are not allowed to use the school telephone without the permission of the Receptionist. They will not be called to answer phone calls during class hours.
- A sick child should not be sent to school.
- Under no circumstances will the child be allowed to leave school without a letter / permission from the principal.
- Teasing is strictly forbidden in the school premises, immoral disciplinary action will be taken against the student, if he / she is found guilty of it
- Leave for half a day must not be asked for. In case of emergency written permission must be submitted to the office by their parents /guardians.
- There is no double promotion in school curriculum, if anybody needs, they should undergo normal admission process.
- Students are not allowed to go to a relative/friend’s house from school.
- No birthday gifts in any form are allowed. Distribution of any gifts/sweets in the school is banned.
